Pricing
One scan, free. Then one of two paths.
In one sentence
CrawlCheck pricing has two paths. For one business: the scan is free (grade, score, the stage that fails, how many findings and the top one in full), the fix list is implemented on the site once for $749 with thirty days of monitoring included, and Watch keeps 3 domains under continuous record for $29 a month. For agencies and tools: the same scanner by API key at $99 a month for 2,000 scans (Developer) or $499 for 20,000 (Growth), and Agency at $249 a month for 40 domains under record with the API included. No price changes a measurement.
Every scan is free: no account, no card, no daily limit. It returns the grade, the score, which of Reach, Read and Quote fails, how many findings there are and how serious, and the top finding in full. What you pay for depends on how many sites you look after.
Scan a domain free I have one site I run many
Paying never changes a grade. A price on this page buys measurement, the work, or the record; it cannot buy a better number, and it never will.
Path one
For one business
Run the scan, get it fixed once, keep the record. Three steps; stop at whichever one you need.
Step 1
The free scan
$0
- Grade, score, and which stage fails: Reach, Read or Quote
- How many findings and how serious, with the top one in full
- A report URL that regenerates when opened, so it never goes stale
- The 30-day trial below opens every locked section on one domain, once
No account. No card.
Step 2
Fix list implemented
$749 once
- We implement every finding on your site and re-scan it; done is measured, not asserted
- The machine layer written for the business: entity map, agents.md, llms.txt
- Thirty days of monitoring included: twice-daily re-scans, changes posted to your webhook
- Two sealed receipts: one when the fix lands, one at day thirty proving it held
Card, then we start. One site per order.
Step 3
Watch
$29 / month
- 3 domains under continuous record, re-measured twice a day
- Every finding with its evidence, the finding's age, and when it closed
- Change receipts you can verify on your own machine, anchored daily to Bitcoin
- A webhook the moment something crawler-visible moves; a quote form that says whether the lead came from ChatGPT
or pay for the year, pay for ten months ($290)
Path two
For agencies and tools
The same scanner, by key. One scan is one keyed scan (/api/v1/scan), one deep crawl, or one domain in a batch; quotas are per calendar month and every keyed response carries x-crawlcheck-quota-* headers. Documentation · API terms · OpenAPI.
Step 1
Developer
$99 / month
- 2,000 scans a month
- Full v1 report JSON: every finding with its evidence bytes, sections, headroom, proof
- Batches of up to 100 domains; deep crawls to 500 pages
- Graph objects (findings, decisions, artifacts, seals) by id; change receipts per domain
The key is on the next page.
Step 2
Growth
$499 / month
- 20,000 scans a month, everything in Developer
- Batches of up to 500 domains; deep crawls to 5,000 pages
- The data endpoints at volume: corpus finding rates, the 114-crawler catalogue with verification methods, forged-crawler rates
- Signed webhook delivery on batches
The key is on the next page.
Step 3
Agency
$249 / month
- 40 domains under continuous record, with the portfolio view
- Client-safe branded reports and receipts you can hand over
- The API included: 5,000 scans a month, batches to 500 domains
- Regression alerts and the fix ledger across every domain
or pay for the year ($2,490) · More than 40 domains: Network, quoted
What is never sold: a better grade, the scoring method, or the raw corpus. A key changes how much you can measure, never what a measurement says.
What is free, and what a plan opens
| In the report | Free | Watch, Agency, API |
|---|---|---|
| Grade, score, stage that fails | yes | yes |
| Findings | how many, how serious, the top one in full | every one, with detail, evidence bytes and the fix |
| Named pages behind each count (not-200s, thin, no JSON-LD, orphans, duplicates…) | counts only | the lists |
| Listings, links, the 300-page walk with its link graph | counts only | the lists and the graph |
| The record over time: finding age, first seen, closed, receipts | no | yes |
| Alerts, webhook, lead attribution | no | yes |
| JSON export | the public v1 record | the public record plus the internal one |
The rules: prices are frozen until 2026-10-18 · pay for a year, pay for ten months · API requests above a quota are rejected, never charged · cancel from the Stripe receipt or by email and the key runs to the end of the paid period · API terms.
Try Watch on one domain for 30 days. No card.
You get a real Watch licence, limited to one domain and 30 days: every list the free report holds back, finding age on every defect, and a change receipt from the second measurement on. When it ends, monitoring stops and the record it built stays readable on every report for that domain — the days after it ends are the ones no tool can back-fill, which is the whole reason a trial of this product is worth having.

What a number on this page can and cannot say
A report is what our observer received from a site at a stated moment, under stated crawler identities, scored under a stated rule version. It is not a promise about how any search engine or answer engine treats the site. A refused scan carries no grade by design. Every accusing finding shows the evidence bytes it rests on; if the bytes do not support it, tell us and we correct the record, never the bytes.
