Published coordinates are not in the country the address names
The latitude/longitude on the page falls outside the country its own address names. A range check cannot catch this: a missing minus sign is still a legal coordinate. Coordinates are read only by machines, so the error produces no visible symptom. No site in the newest files has it; the list fills as sites with it are measured.
