Refund policy
A full refund on request within 7 days of a first subscription charge, and a full refund of the fix until work on your site has started.

| Fix list implemented ($749) | Full refund until we start work on your site. After that, a refund only if a follow-up scan shows the fixes we listed were not delivered |
| Work for more than 40 domains, or other quoted work | As agreed in writing |
- How to ask. Email hello@crawlcheck.io from the address you paid with, naming the order or domain. We answer within 3 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
- One refund per customer per plan. A refund cancels the licence it paid for.
- Chargebacks. Please email us first; most problems are fixed faster that way. A disputed charge suspends the licence while the dispute is open.
- Your legal rights. Nothing here removes a right you have under the law where you live.
