For the three findings on the largest share of scans, one real site each: detected → exact evidence → fix recommended → impact projected → implementation recorded → rescanned → corroborated by a second observer → signed receipt → regression watch → business outcome. Each step on each page is a link to the record that proves it.

For your own site: GET /api/workflow?domain=&code= finds the before/after pair in your record; POST /api/workflow/record issues the signed receipt with your declared fix and queues the second observer. Both need a licence for the domain.
