An embedded frame on the homepage cannot load
A frame, map or player on the page was fetched the way a browser loads it, and its source answered an error or forbade being shown inside this site (X-Frame-Options or Content-Security-Policy frame-ancestors). Visitors see an empty box or a browser error where it should be, and a crawler that renders the page sees the same gap. The usual causes are a deleted video or form, and a map or page address pasted as a frame instead of the provider's embed address. 661 sites had this problem when we measured them in the last 7 days.
