Quote: one business, one record

Make name, phone and address agree on the site, in the schema and in directories.

An assistant that can reach and read you still needs a fact it is willing to repeat, and it will be blamed if that fact is wrong. So it looks for agreement. Your business name, phone and address should be the same on the visible page, in the structured data (the LocalBusiness or Organization schema) and in the directories your site links to. Two phone numbers on one site are two businesses to a retrieval system; a directory that prints an old street is the one an assistant may quote.

Schema is not decoration. Give the business one node with an @id, link every page’s node back to it, and name only the profiles you control in sameAs. Claims a machine will repeat (years in business, founding date, service area) have to match the page text, or they count against you.

Task

On your own site

Run the business record check at crawlcheck.io/listing-check. Fix every field that disagrees on your own site first; then correct or remove the directory listings that disagree.
